The Keto Reboot was scientifically designed to include everything you need during the 60 Keto Kleanse. All you are required to add is plenty of fresh Spring, Mineral, or Alkaline water each day (Up to a gallon total which includes mixing your products). Adding Pink Himalayan or Celtic sea salt to your water is also acceptable. Cold, warm or hot (not boiling) is allowed. Most prefer the KETO//OS® MAX and BETTER//BROTH™ Salted Caramel cold, and the KETO//KALM™ and BETTER//BROTH™ Keto Thyme warm. If it is not in the Keto Reboot Kit, it is not recommended. Before you ask the question “Can I have__________”, just ask yourself “Is It in the kit?” If the answer is “No”, then it’s not recommended.
While it is not necessary, if you feel you need to or want to take additional servings of KETO//OS®, you can. We also encourage you to earn back this additional energy intake.
